Cancellation Policy

Service Selection: Please ensure you select all applicable services and add-ons when booking. Same-day modifications may not always be accommodated. Deposit Requirement: A **half deposit** is required at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your final balance. Consultation Policy: For **starter locs, color treatments, or repairs**, a consultation appointment is mandatory. The consultation fee is $30, and the deposit amount may vary based on the service. New Client Requirement: All **new clients** must submit a **clear, recent photo** of their hair prior to booking. Pricing Adjustments: Prices are subject to change if your hair requires additional care due to severe damage or unforeseen complications. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: - Deposits are **100% non-refundable** unless canceled at least **72 hours in advance**. - Deposits can be **transferred once** to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. - If your appointment is canceled due to **our unforeseen circumstances**, your deposit will be fully refunded. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with a **minimum of 72 hours' notice** without penalty or loss of deposit. Late Arrival Policy: - Arriving **15 minutes late** without prior communication will result in a **$15 late fee**. - Arrivals **30 minutes late or more** will result in an **automatic cancellation** of your appointment. Guest & Age Policy: - No extra guests are allowed unless they are receiving a service. - Children **13 years and older** are eligible for service.
